My son bought a car and the morning after he picked it up it broke down and a garage he asked said the repair will cost him more than £400. So he contacted the seller and he said he'll show it to a mechanic friend but keeps making excuses he has not got hold of him. My son wants his money back and to return the car? The garage said he can do but the seller says no. What rights does my son have?
